KATIE SHELTON-INNES, CEO and founder

Katie has been advising and raising funds for quoted and unquoted growth companies since 2005. She has worked for various full service small to mid cap focused investment banks including Daniel Stewart, Arbuthnot and Northland Capital, where she was the Head of Corporate Broking at the age of 28.

Prior to investment banking, Katie spent four years in corporate restructuring and recovery with Kroll and a university placement year working at British Airways in their Business Development team.

She obtained first BSc (Hons) in Business Economics and Finance from Loughborough University, coming top of her class and is a qualified accountant winning the global Bronze medal in her final set of exams.

Katie lives between London and Norfolk with her husband James and two pugs Bertie and Penelope. She is a passionate foodie, amateur chef and has ambitions one day to win the “Great British Bake Off”!
